Mentor. Tutor. Make Thursdays Matter.
Mission
Invest ‘N Kids (INK) is weekly tutoring program in which Graduate Management students are paired with students from local middle schools.
What We Do
INK is a student-led program where BC grad students mentor and tutor middle schoolers from under-served backgrounds. Each Thursday (4–6 PM, McElroy 237), we partner with Steps to Success and the Public Schools of Brookline to provide homework help, guidance, and a supportive community. It’s a simple, meaningful way to earn your volunteer hours, while building real connections that matter.
We’re also looking for a co-leader to help grow and shape the program, so if you’re passionate about mentorship and leadership, this is your chance to step up!

Leadership

Ogugua Uchendu
President
Ogugua is an MBA candidate at Boston College who’s passionate about helping young people discover their potential. She was born in Nigeria and grew up right here in Boston, so giving back to her community means a lot to her. Before BC, Ogugua worked in marketing and brand strategy at Oracle and Arnold Worldwide. This past summer she was a Brand Manager Intern at Alcon in their CLDP and will be heading back there full-time after graduation! She loves making learning fun, turning challenges into opportunities, and showing students that with consistency and curiosity, big dreams can take shape.
