Graduate Women In Business

About Us

The goal of Graduate Women in Business (GWIB) is to help graduate students in the Carroll School of Management gain the skills and experience needed to manage a diverse workforce and promote the advancement of all people.

What We Do

Through events such as skills-building workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and more, GWIB fulfills its mission of “providing a supportive network of professional business women, positive role models, and students with a shared goal of advancing the education and promotion of women in business.”

Ultimately, these efforts work toward the advancement of all people in business by ensuring the next generation of BC’s leaders develop the tools and skills needed to foster welcoming and inclusive work environments, where those of diverse backgrounds feel a sense of belonging. This organization is for all members of the graduate Carroll School community, not just women, so everyone is encouraged to attend events and/or be active members!
