Our Mission

The GMA’s mission is to enrich and enhance graduate student life at the Carroll School of Management and to promote an environment of inclusion and belonging for all students. We represent our fellow students to ensure equitable pear learning opportunities, social and networking events, professional development, and exposure to diverse leadership.

The GMA is committed to addressing structural inequities by engaging the administration in reducing barriers to opportunities for marginalized and under-served students and developing policies and activities informed by Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Additionally, the GMA seeks to advance social, racial, and economic justice within our organizational culture and programmatic activities by deeply engaging students and faculty at Boston College, as well as the greater Boston community. Lastly, an essential aspect of the GMA is the commitment to demonstrating and upholding the Jesuit, Catholic mission, and values of Boston College.
